INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
…………………………..……… (Name of Hirer) will indemnify and hold harmless …St Malachy’s GAC Castlewellan, its Servants, Agents, Members for the time being and Cumman Lúthchleas Gael against and save them harmless from all losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal expenses) arising out of personal injury or disease to any person or loss of or damage to any property real or personal, resulting from or in any way connected with or arising out of the usage/occupancy of St Malachy’s GAC Castlewellan property regardless of whether or not such losses, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses shall be incidental to or arising out of acts, omissions or negligence of St Malachy’s GAC Castlewellan its Servants, Agents, Members for the time being and Cumann Lúthchleas Gael, providing however, that this Agreement shall not be construed to constitute an indemnity against loss, damage, liability costs or expense caused solely by the negligence of St Malachy’s GAC Castlewellan its Servants, Agents and Members for the time being and Cumann Lúthchleas Gael.
Under the terms of this Agreement the Hirer is obliged to ensure and warrants that he/she has ensured that he/she is satisfied with the condition/suitability of the property for the intended usage before occupation of the said property takes place.
A deposit of £50 is required from the Hirer, refundable after the event on the understanding that the Club Agent is satisfied that the condition of the property when vacated is acceptable.
